《シーズニング》
最初に1度だけ洗剤で水洗いして下さい。
水分を拭き取った後に火にかけ、油をひいて野菜くずを炒めて下さい。鉄の臭みや、汚れが気になる方は裏面も火にかけて下さい。
《鉄板使用後の保管方法》
洗う際は油の皮膜が落ちてしまう為、洗剤はおすすめしません。へラなどを使用して頂きこびりついた物を綺麗に落とします。つぎに鉄板を熱しコゲ等をヘラで再度落とし、綺麗に落とせたら再度鉄板を熱します。ある程度熱したら、オリーブオイル塗り冷まします。鉄板が冷めたのを確認後、新聞紙に包んで保管する事をオススメします。
