マニュアルサンバー TT1 TT2用 シフトケーブル前後のブッシュです。送料無料です図面見てください
フロント側はシフトノブ外さなくてもシフトブーツを下からガバッと外すだけで交換可能で簡単です シリコングリースたっぷり付けて挿入してください。こちら部品は純正品になります。
リヤ側は年式経つと大抵純正ゴムでちぎれてシフトギヤ入りにくくなり、ショップによってはミッションダメではないかと誤診される場合もあります。
リヤは特に摩耗するので、当方が厳選したベアリングに打ち替えて見てください。エアークリーナーボックス外さないといけませんが簡単にはずせます。おっくうではありません。
ベアリング自体の打ち替え方法は動画でも上がっているので説明は控えます。
圧入になるので、ボルト、ワッシャ－かませながらの挿入になります。ウォーターポンププライヤで作業するとベアリング曲がることがあるのでおすすめしません。手では絶対に圧入できません。
挿入しにくいですが潤滑剤またはエンジンオイルなじませながら作業してください。一般グリスだと厚み出るのでグリースだと挿入しにくくなります。
リヤは左右に付属のワッシャーをかませます。純正ブッシュはゴム自身が左右にチョット出るのでワッシャー1つでクリアランスバッチリですが社外ベアリング品だと左右のクリアランスが大きくなります。当方ではこちらも厚みを厳選したステンレスワッシャーを左右に一枚ずつかませることによってクリアランス絶妙にしています。ほどよいガタもあるのでシフトの振り幅もカチカチとスポーツカーの様にシフトチェンジできます。劇的にかわります。
