1995年7月1日、松竹系公開。花子さんは悪霊ではなく子供たちの守護霊的存在として描写されており、終盤に変質者から子供たちを救うものの、直接登場はしない。日本国内においてビデオ化・LD化はされているが、DVD化はされていない
