究極のエンジンを目指すマニアの方必見です。
ズーマー専用日本製 キタコKEIHIN PE24チューニングキャブレターです。
国内KEIHIN キタコ製PE24 キャブレターR30AをベースにAF55系エンジンに合うようにベンチュリー側はアルミ削り出しで一体型を製作圧入し、ノーマルインシュレターに取り付けられるように制作したズーマー専用としては究極のキャブレターです。
画像のように完全分解後、洗浄し油面調整、専用MJ、SJ、スロットルバルブ、エアースクリューなど各部交換及び加工、調整しズーマー専用にセットアップしています。
またニードルジェットホルダーを加工する事で燃焼効率をUPさせ、アイドリングの安定化や低中速域までのトルク強化を実現しています。
メインジェットも当方オリジナルのズーマー専用MJを装着しています。
ボルトは全てステンレス製に交換しています。
本体は少し磨いています。
一年を通してこの仕様で走れますが、標高が1300mを超える場所や夏場の気温38～40度になるような地域では少し濃いと感じます。
このセッティングはパワーフィルターを前提とした仕様です。
最初はエアースクリューを弄らずにエンジンに合わせアイドルスクリューのみでアイドリングを調整して下さい。
エアースクリューを調整する場合は少しづつ慎重に行って下さい。
キャブチューニングは交換してすぐに体感できるパーツです。
全体的にトルクが太くなりエンジンがパワフルになった事が感じられます。
