食べ方:このままでも柔らかく美味しいてますが、
オーブンで少し焦げ目が付く位に焼けばさらに甘みが増します。電子レンジで軽く温めて頂けるとやわらかくなって食べやすくなります。

気温、加工時期により硬さ・糖度・色・大きさの違いが生じます。また表面に繊維や黒ずみ、いもの皮由来による黒い斑点が見られることがあります.黒い原因は糖度が高いために生じたものになりますので、品質に問題ありません。ほしいもの表面に白粉が吹く事がありますが、ほしいもの糖分（麦芽糖）が表面に出て来たもので結晶なので、品質に問題はございません。
