商品名 レッドラムズホーン100匹注意事項
1.生体の為返品はできません。ノークレームノーリターンでお願いします。
2.ゆうパケット発送の為到着日時の指定はできません。到着はポスト投函になるので発送連絡後はポストの確認をお願いします。日時指定希望の場合別商品でヤマト運輸発送での出品をしていますのでそちらをご落札ください。その場合送料は高くなります。発送日時の希望があれば承れます。希望がある場合落札後取引ナビにてお知らせください。また希望がない場合当方都合で発送させていただきます。土日発送になるケースが多いです
3.死着補償はありません。ご了承下さい。梱包は夏は断熱シート及び保冷剤を入れ冬はホッカイロをいれ発送には最善は尽くします。
4.ゆうパケット発送なため厚さ3cmくらいの厚紙箱での発送になります。冬季の発送はホッカイロを入れて発送します。ただ離島など遠方地域で航空便の場合ホッカイロ禁止になるのでその場合はホッカイロなしでの発送になります。特に北海道などについてはリスクが大幅に上がると思われます。その為発泡スチロールでの発送よりもリスクは高くなります。確実な到着をご希望の場合ヤマト運輸発送も出品しています。送料が高くなりますがリスクは少なくなります。これまで発泡スチロール発送での死着のご報告はありません。
5.発送できない日時など全商品共通事項について自己紹介欄に記載しています。自己紹介欄の確認もお願いします。特にゴールデンウイーク、お盆、正月などについては発送できない日が多くなる方があります。
