"19セイコー"は1929年頃にウォルサムに替わる鉄道時計として当時の鉄道省向けに生産されたのが始まりです。機構の変更を行いながら1971年まで製造が続けられたロングセラーモデルでした。
この個体はその後継にあたるクォーツ懐中時計です。文字盤はホワイトでアラビア数字フォントが大きく、視認性にとても優れています。
この年代の実用されていた鉄道時計としては全体的に綺麗な状態です。
