SWC アルミ Hリム 2.15×19 40穴HD社が1960年にイタリアのアエルマッキを買収したことでイタリアンメイドの高品質/高性能な部品を入手できるようになりました。デロルトキャブレターやボラーニアルミニウムリムなどが良く知られています。
それらの部品はワークスレーサーKRに採用され、1964年からはXLモデルにも採用が始まり、市販車にもフィードバックされました。当時の純正採用のボラーニアルミHリムは現在でも非常に人気が高く、カスタムショーなどでも多々見ることのできるリムですが、サイズによっては非常に高価です。
Hリムとはリムの断面がHに近いことから呼ばれていますが横からの立ち上がりのインパクトが強く、現在でも海外や日本でもレース用としての軽量アイテムとしての用途だけではなくCHOPPERアイテムとしても確立したリムといえます。
鉄リムと比べると驚くほど軽いです。見た目はもちろん、走りの面でもバネした重量の軽量化が可能です。
とにかく足元がかっこよくキマる、かつ軽量化もできる優れもので超オススメのパーツでございます!
