3DプリンタでPLA樹脂を使用して作成しました。商品写真は1枚目となります。5センチ幅のミニ四駆のブレーキ用スポンジを45度、50度、55度、60度の角度でカットする治具です。
過去の別角度治具との差別化を図るために奥行きサイズを5mm縮小、治具の淵に角度を示す刻印を入れました。
写真2枚目は別治具ですが参考使用例です。スポンジ、カッター、マットなどは商品に含みません。ご注意ください。
治具サイズは幅約60mm、奥行約55mm、高さ約10mmです。
カッターはオルファのLサイズの利用を推奨します。
赤スポンジ、特に薄いタイプですとカッターの切れ味と慣れが求められます。
スポンジをセットする溝は深さ約5mmです。
1mm～3mmまで、どの厚さのスポンジでも両サイドのガイドに刃を当ててカットする事が出来ます。
※垂直に近付くにつれ刃のガイド距離が短くなりますので使用時にはご注意ください。
ガイドの隙間は出荷前に規定の治具を通して刃が通ることを確認しています。
