今作はいつもの１６で駆け抜けておしゃれテンション・コードの渦巻き。メロもイー感じの仕上がりですな。
ブラスも効果的に入って華やかですが、やはりこのアルバムはヴィニーのドラムに尽きるでしょう。
超絶技巧に注目されがちですが、ビート・メーカー、グルーブ・メーカーとしてのピカイチ度は銀河一です。
レコーディングはインテンポが基本ですが、その中で２・４の絶妙な位置とハットのシェイク感は全ての
ドラマー、ベーシストが聞くべきでしょう、そういう意味でコスパも銀河一。
ジミー・ハスリップはキワモノ扱いにされますが、ピノと同様本当はスゴイコトやってます。
アレックス・アルやウェックルじゃなきゃだめな曲にはちゃんと振ってます、そういった人事もジェフ・ローバーの凄さですね。
とりあえずこんなに「気持ちイー」アルバムは久しぶりでした。
