今シーズン新しくリリースとなるデル・プラスチコは、スニップトーンというシステム
を搭載のマイティアロウジーニョDP新ヴァージョンである。ご覧のように、
従来のマイティ・アロウジーニョDPより一回り大きくなったプロップの軸には、
見慣れないギアのような凹凸がある。これらが擦れ合うことで、
えも言われぬスペシャルなトーンが生み出される仕組み。
スニップトーンと言う通り、取るに足らない仕組みといえばそうなのだけれど、
音に執拗なまでにこだわってしまう津波ルアーズならではのシステムなのだ。
この音色はもちろんのこと、これらのパーツによって重量が増し、
喫水が深くなったということも一つのポイント。この喫水がなかなか絶妙なんです、
実は。デビューするやトップウォーター界を席巻したWスウィッシャーの革命児、
あのマイティアロウは、新しいシステム&サウンドを引っさげ、この夏にリボーンするのである。
