増田さんのヴァージョンは 市販されていないのだと思われます。

厚手の材質の2面開きのジャケットで
歌詞 振り付け 簡単な楽譜などが載せられています。
ジャケットの表 裏とも軽くスレて 盤の丸い跡が 薄っすらと付いていたり
左下角がやや折れていたリ
経年変化だと思われるシミや黄ばみがあるのを感じるなどの傷みはありますが
それほど使用感は無いよう思われます。
盤面は それほど使用されていないようですが 軽いキズ 薄いキズが少しあります。
まずまず良好な状態のよう思われますが キズ以外の原因でも
アナログ盤特有の軽いチリノイズが 出てしまうと思われます。
あくまでも中古品であり なにぶんにも古い物です。
