当方の勝手な都合ではありますが、本業のラーメン屋がお休み（毎週月耀）の日に商品製造・荷作り
発送をしますので月曜のお昼過ぎまでに決済が確認できればその日に発送をします。
◆写真は賞味期限シールが貼っていませんが、本来 受注後製造し発送していますのでその時に貼っています。在庫を発送することは決してありません。
プリンターの故障の為、復旧するまでクリックポストの発送ができません。申し訳ありません。
本業のラーメン屋を自宅から50ｋｍ離れた実家の近くで営業しており、5日間の寝泊まりは実家で荷作り発送は自宅に帰ってからになります・
不明な場合や追加の場合は取引ナビ又は質問にてメッセージを頂ければ対応をします。
この商品は古漬け高菜を利用しています。真空パックにて空気を抜いて包装し配送しています。
また、高速エレベーターで高層階に移動した場合、急激な気圧の変化で真空パックが膨張する場合があります。
湿度に弱く酸化や湿気でカビなど環境により変わってきます。
◆お客様の証言ですが、小分け冷凍して保存し 冷蔵庫で解凍する方法もあります。
