本名・ 野々村 芳寛
昭和二十六年三月 京都にて出生
昭和四十四年四月 洛陽工業高校卒業
昭和四十七年 竹器師、完陵に師事する
昭和五十一年 号、淡完を師に拝命さる。同時に三玄院・長谷川寛州老師に教えを賜う。
昭和五十三年九月 京都府デザイン講座立体デザイン科終了
昭和五十九年三月 竹工芸一級技能士となり、伝統工芸の伝承を基調とした現代感覚の作家を目指しています。

昭和6年大阪府生。東福僧堂に掛塔、林恵鏡に参禅
同35年妙喜庵（京都府の臨済宗東福寺派の寺院で、千利休が作った国宝茶室「待庵」がある）住職に就任
