【GIANFRANCO FERRE / ジャンフランコフェレ】ジャンフランコ フェレ(GIANFRANCO FERRE)はイタリアのラグジュアリーブランド。1944年8月15日、イタリアのルガーノに生まれる。69年、ミラノ工科大学建築学科を卒業。建築家の資格を持つ。そのためフェレの服自体も建築的な特徴がある。卒業後に渡ったインドで東洋の文化をに触れ、影響を受ける。帰国後、当初はインテリアデザイナーをしていたが、72年からアクセサリーのデザインを手がける。その後、ミラノファッション界の権威、ウォルター・アルビーニのアクセサリーをデザインしたことから、アクセサリーデザイナーとしての名声を高める。78年、自身の名を冠したブランド「ジャンフランコ フェレ」にてレディースコレクションを発表。
