1972年、ミュージシャン、革新者、ルシアーであるグレン・クアンは、より高品質なギター・ブリッジとベース・ブリッジの必要性を感じていました。カリフォルニア州オークランドにあるLeo’s MusicのLeo Malliari氏の協力を得て、最初の「Badass」ブリッジが誕生しました。
