Ｐａｎａの有名なＧaＡs ＦＥＴ ３ＳＫ１２９ 未使用品 の ５本組です。最大定格は、Vdss=13V、Id=50mA、Pw=350ｍW、となっています。
１ＧＨｚでのＮＦが１．２ｄＢと極めて小さくかつ、１ＧＨｚで１７ｄＢの利得が可能です。
ＪＥＤＥＣ ＴＯ－２５２ の使い易い形のものです。 ピンの配置は、印字面から見て、長い足（ドレイン）
を基準に時計回りで、ソース、第１ゲート、第２ゲートの順番になっています。
松下は、今から３０年ほど前に、歩留まりの改善の為、３ＳＫ１２９を生産終了し、代替品として ３ＳＫ１８３
を推奨しましたが、代替品の３ＳＫ１８３は、ＮＦ及びＧａｉｎとも３ＳＫ１２９に劣ります。
そのため、３ＳＫ１２９は貴重品になり、現在販売されている部品屋さんもほとんどなくなりました。
