■メーカー： SPOON（スプーン） ■商 品 名： ブレーキローター(リア) ■車種： S2000 ■型式： AP1/AP2 ■E/G ： F20C, F22C ■品番： 42510-AP1-000 ■特徴： ブレーキローター 従来の量産品の追加工穴開けでは避けられなかったヒートクラックなどへの対策として、スプーンでは設計から参加し、フラップタイプ鋳造金型を作成。 理想的な強度を得ながら平行度、垂直度の現実を製品に反映させました。 材質も理想的なカーボン含有率を平均化したことで比重値の幅を狭くでき、ローターごとの個体差も一定レベルになりました。 穴位置には鋳物中子を精密に配置することで、画期的な強度と冷却性能を得られました。 ハードブレーキング時にはキャリパーに入るとき（介入側）ローターは冷え、出る時（介出側）は高い温度分布になっています。 これが繰り返されるとローター面に発生する「ゆがみ」がハブに伝わり「振動」の原因となります。 また、そのフレがパッドを押し広げることでブレーキフィールがスポンジーになります。 スプーンではそれらハードブレーキング対策だけでなく、回転バランス、全体強度などをノーマルよりはるかに向上させることで普通に走らせても豊かな乗車感を目指しました。 ■備考＆特記事項： 1枚の価格です。1台分の場合はｘ2となります。 ■ メーカーホームページ ■ 商品詳細ページ |
