ホイールナットを正しく安全にご使用いただくために
●取付前●
■ホイールの取り付けナット座には、60°テーバ座・球面座・平面座等がございます。
必ずご使用になるホイールの取り付けナット座の確認をしてください。
■車両のハブボルトとナットのネジ径及びピッチが同じか、確認してください。
■ホイールの形状により、ナットが、車両のフェンダーから外側にはみ出したり、ホイールカバーが装着できない場合がありますので、ご注意下さい。
●取付時●
■車両の取り付け面やハブボルトに、サビ・汚れ・変形が無いか確認して下さい。
■ハブボルト及びナットのネジ山部分には、決してグリース・油等は塗らないで下さい。
■貫通ナットの取り付け方向は、必ずテーパー面を、ホイール方向に向けて下さい。
■ホイール装着時にナットのネジが、10mm以上締まらない場合は取り付けないで下さい。
■ナットの締め付け順序は、図のように対角線状に、手で締め具合を確認しながら行なって下さい。
■ナットの締め付けトルクは、下記の通りです。
ネジ径12Mの場合は、90～120N・m（9～12kgf・m）です。
ネジ径14Mの場合は、110～140N・m（11～14kgf・m）です。
ネジ径10Mの場合は、70～100N・m（7～10kgf・m）です。
必ずトルクレンチを、ご使用下さい。
■ナットの締め過ぎや、締め不足は、ホイール・ハブボルト等の変形や緩みを引き起こし、事故の原因となる事があります。
●取付後●
■装着初期やローテーション後は取り付けナットが緩みやすいので、約100km走行後に、上記トルクで、増し締めして下さい。
■道路凍結防止剤や塩分等が付着した場合は、サビやすくなりますので、走行後は必ず水洗いして下さい。
