真作・肉筆短冊 屏風はがし 時代アレ傷有 ※獅子窟と号し、賢殊院と称した。能登鹿頭村常得寺（大谷派）住職、天保六年上洛高倉学寮に起信論、五教章等を講じ同十三年擬講となり嘉永七年嗣講に進み、文久元年講師となり明冶二年、高倉学寮第十四代講師に補せられた。其間、十余部に及ぶ宗余乗を累年講じ宗学の振興に努めた。明治四年没、
