【表面】
・大まかに言って「暦」に関する事。
・一家一門親類一族九族之圖
・神武天皇より卅六代迄千三百七年の間年号なし三十七代幸徳帝より年号始ル此大化元より安永九迄凡千百卅六年也
とあって、大化元（645）年から天正三（1575）年までの年号（期間付き）が一覧されている。 →→→裏面に続く→→→
・日本圖 （方角を示す「北」がひっくり返っているのは、古来地図は「南」が上のため）
細かく國毎に曲線で区切られ、その中に、ひらがなで國名が記される。正確な日本地図ではないのは無論である。
【裏面】
・上段に「太平武將云々」「大平武將略年代安永九年迄」とあ。続いて「一頼朝」から「四十一家基公」迄が並記され、続いて「頼朝治世ヨリ續テ今年迄凡六百二年ニナル」。つまり、政権が武家になってからの、統治者名一覧。
ただ、「家康」からは「公」が付けられているのは、徳川幕府に対しての配慮であろう。
・天正四年（1576）から安永八（1779）年まで、●に白抜きで一年毎に記されている。（表面からの続き）
その末尾に「九年」「天明」と手書きしてあるのは、この一枚物を購入した人物が書き加えたもの。ただし、上記に「大平武將略年代安永九年迄」とあるから、「安永九年」以降出回ったものと推定される。
