富士通 （旧ＴＥＮ（神戸工業）開発）の ２ＳＢ３９ の未使用品２本組 です。 大きさは、EIAJ TC-1です。ゲルマニュームの合金接合法で作られたもので、低雑音増幅用に開発されました。
本品は、ＴＥＮ（神戸工業）ブランドのものが存在しましたが、1968年の吸収合併により富士通になりました。
当時、富士通のオーディオ用トランジスタはそのほとんどがＴＥＮ（神戸工業）で開発されました。
最大定格は、低雑音増幅用のため、VCBO=10V、Ic=2mA、Pc=50mW、と各値とも小さくなっています。
本品も、現存しているものはほとんどなく、販売されている店もほとんどないと思います。
