We regret to inform you that BuyJapon will be setting a storage period for parcels.

The storage period will be implemented starting September 1, 2024.

Please refer to the details below.

・The storage period will be 90 days from the date your parcel arrives at our warehouse.

　Any parcels exceeding the storage period will be disposed of.

・The count for the storage period will stop once the shipment payment is made.

・For customers who wish, we will extend the storage period for an additional 30 days

　after the initial 90-day period.

　In this case, a storage fee of 200 JPY per day will be charged.

・For parcels that arrived before September 1, 2024, September 1 will be considered the

　starting date for the storage period.
