アメリカのバイク乗り達が、道路に住まうとされる 事故や故障を引き起こす「Evil Road Spirits（道路の悪魔）」を追い払う為、 魔除けとしてバイクにくくり付けたり、身に付けているバイカーベル。別名「グレムリンベル」「ガーディアンベル」
悪魔をベルに閉じ込め、ベルの音色で退治して路上に落とし、難を逃れると言われています。
現地では「できるだけ低く、できるだけ車体前方につけるのがよい」とされており、 ヘッドライトの下やフットペグ、ホーンの下やフレームにつけることが多いようです。
デザインが凝っているのでバイクに乗っていないけれどキーホルダーとして 購入される方も結構いらっしゃいます。
ベルトループにつけるもよし、キーリングとして使うもよし。
