若桜鉄道は因美線と接続する郡家駅から若桜までの19.2kmの路線を有しております。
WT3000形は1987年の転換当時に製造されたWT2500形を更新した車両で、現在も主力車両として3両が活躍しております。
一部の列車を除き郡家から因美線に乗り入れ鳥取駅まで直通乗り入れしております。
車両の側面に賑やかなデザインが施されているのが特徴で、WT3001は木や果物、WT3003には竹とその仲間が描かれております。
